What is cellulite?

Hard cellulitis: It is where the skin appears consistent and hardened. Both women and men athletes suffer from it, because their tissues are firm and toned. It is due to the lack of nutrients and little oxygenation of the skin. They usually leave holes in the skin when the area is pinched.
